BerdimuratovTemerhan Baybosynovich, Ph.D. in Psychology, doctor of business administration in human resources management (DBA), professor at the International University in Moscow (1998), doctor of civil law (gonoriscausa) of the European University (Montreux, Switzerland, 2008 year); the founder of the Kazakh-Russian International University (KRIU) in 1994 in Aktobe (Kazakhstan). It is the first non-state international university in the region and opened at the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. In 2016, for achievements in state and public activities, a significant contribution to the socio-economic and cultural development of the country, strengthening friendship and cooperation between nations in honor of the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan was awarded the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Order of “Kurmet”.

In 2016, with the support of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Organizing Committee of the Public Program “National Unity” was awarded the International Prize “Recognition”.

Professor TB Berdimuratov embodied creative ideas into a real pedagogical system: he founded a higher educational institution - Kazakh-Russian International University (earlier - Aktobe Institute of Management, Business and Law “NUR”, 1994), distinguished by the features of training and education of young people, namely, the creation of favorable learning environment, the development of students’ personal growth, above all their creative thinking and aesthetic perception of the world. He embodied his scientific ideas in teaching practice, created scientific laboratories for special study and development of effective teaching models in the conditions of modern education. He introduced innovative project technology training.

T.B. Berdimuratov is one of the leading professors in the region, who is engaged in theoretical and methodological, scientifically-experimental, experimental research in the field of psychological-pedagogical, personal-oriented teaching technologies, actual practices in applied psychology. He is a prominent specialist, a permanent lecturer and an author of the project “Psychology” Kazakh-Russian International University; The developer is the author’s courses and curricula for the following subjects: “Learning outcomes”, “Self-studying”, “Specificized course on NLP”, “Cross-disciplinary model of pedagogical technology of the personality-oriented system of teaching methods based on neural linguistic programming”, “Education development: innovation and technology”. He created training of academic staff, opening the doctorate at the university on the specialty “Jurisprudence”.

The results of lasting pedagogical work and scientific research of Professor T.B. Berdimuratov is a creation of the Research Institute of Neuro-Linguistic Learning Technologies at KRIU; development of the author’s pedagogical simulator - GPS-navigator; development of a new pedagogical technology - a cross-disciplinary model of a student-centered learning system: developing effective thinking and behavior of students based on neuro-linguistic programming methods; publication of a number of textbooks and scientific papers on topical issues of the methodology of training, education, personal development, the formation of the competencies of the teacher and the student.

The works published in the Kazakh, Russian, English languages, deserve special attention and were recognized by the scientific community of European universities, as well as in Russia and Kazakhstan.

Works of Professor T.B. Berdimuratov contains many new observations and experimental data from different periods of teaching and research practice: about the personality-oriented model of the educational system of the university based on the neuro-linguistic levels of change; about the experience of creating a cross disciplinary model of the pedagogical technology of the personality-oriented system of education of effective thinking and behavior of students based on the methods of neuro-linguistic programming; on the teacher’s modeling of the individual features of the internal organization of students’ experience in the form of graphic “Personal Profile Models”; about the experience of using the latest psycho technology training in the transformation of students’ personality; about psychological and suggestive factors of mastering and understanding the language being studied; on the development and implementation of the author’s pedagogical simulator - GPS navigator for the teacher and students on the mastery of teaching and learning skills.

The undoubted success of the scientific and educational works of the professor is that the scientist demonstrates the real talent of the experimenter in a very complex area - the study of the thinking and behavior of subjects of the educational process, mechanisms of perception and teaching methods based on neuro-linguistic technologies. Experimental methods created and implemented by Professor T.B. Berdimuratov carry an independent scientific value, being an important tool for conducting similar research in the field of studying the personality of a teacher and a student, systemic relationships between them.

The scientist was the developer and co-performer (among the scientists of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan) of fundamental scientific research on the State budget program 014 “Applied scientific research in the field of education” on the theme “Development of the scientific and methodological foundations for the organization of vocational training for the adult population in the field of inclusive education” (Almaty: APSK, Aktobe: KRIU, 2007). The developer of research and development in the areas of scientific problems: “Experimental design of a model of generative classes on a neuro-linguistic basis to achieve the highest system-modeling level of their behavior and activities in solving pedagogical problems” (Aktobe: KRIU, 2009); “Cross-disciplinary model of the pedagogical technology of the personality-oriented system of education of effective thinking and behavior of students based on the methods of neuro-linguistic programming” (Aktobe: KRIU, 2011); the developer of the grant project of the scientific direction “Intellectual Systems and Technologies” on the topic: Using innovative psycho technologies in the modern educational system (Aktobe: KRIU, 2013).

The special merits of the professor should also include foundation of the Museum of antiques and the Museum of designer finds. Innovative projects implemented at the Kazakh-Russian International University are created with the goal of effective training and education of leadership qualities of students and faculty. The special innovative culture of the university was formed on the basis of T.B. Berdimuratov's own research for about 24 fruitful years, as well as thanks to the successful activity of the creative team.

T.B. Berdimuratov is a famous public figure. He received prominent figures and officials of Kazakhstan, Russia, Europe: the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.А. Nazarbayev (August 1998), First Lady of the Republic of Kazakhstan, President of the Bobek Foundation S.N. Nazarbayev (1999), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Kazakhstan V.Nikolaenko (1998), Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Douglas Mac Adam ( 1999), Secretary of State RK A. Kekilbayev (1999), Prosecutor General of the RK Yu.A. Khitrin (1999), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Kazakhstan M.N. Bocharnikov (2008), Advisor to the Ambassador of Poland to Kazakhstan M. Lapanovsky (2013 ), Minister of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.S. He was a deputy of the Aktobe regional maslikhat (1999-2003); authorized representative of the presidential candidate N.A. Nazarbayev in Aktobe region in the election of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1999, 2005), in the period from 2010-2014 he acted as Chairman of the Scientific Expert Council of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of the Aktobe region.

T.B. Berdimuratov is the author of the 9-volume of pedagogical essays “In Search of the Pedagogical Grail”, the developer of elective courses on self-education, the head of scientific Institutes and Centers of the KRIU in the direction of psychological, pedagogical and educational technologies, the project manager on the basis of NLP as managers of the educational process”.
